Watlington Summer Fair Stallholder Information
Following the fantastic success of last year’s fair, we're delighted to be back - this time as part of Party in the Park.
Taking on board feedback, this year we’re focusing entirely on street stalls to enhance the bustling High Street atmosphere.
The fair will run from 12pm - 4pm, with the High Street closed to traffic during these hours to create a lively, pedestrian-friendly space. The day will follow a similar format to last year, with the wonderful community groups in the Paddock, alongside entertainment and live music throughout the afternoon.
Each stallholder will be allocated a 3m x 3m pitch on the High Street. Stallholders must provide their own gazebo, tables, display equipment, and power supply, and are responsible for ensuring their pitch is safely and independently secured.
Please note that Public Liability Insurance is required, and a copy must be available on the day.
